First Surprise Bags Out and Our Hearts Full. 🤎

Before officially opening Roça Bakery, we wanted to make sure every detail felt just right.

A few weeks before our launch, we surprised a small group of testers with our very first Surprise Bags. Since the bags are designed to be a surprise, they didn't know what was inside until they opened them. Their feedback was incredibly encouraging and helped confirm that we were ready to share Roça with everyone.

Each bag included freshly baked cakes and two homemade Brazilian treats: traditional chocolate brigadeiro (a soft chocolate fudge truffle) or beijinho brigadeiro (a coconut fudge truffle made with sweetened condensed milk and shredded coconut), all carefully prepared.

Their feedback meant more to us than words can express.

Hearing that our cakes reminded someone of home, childhood, or a family gathering is exactly why Roça exists.

We were also thrilled to see how much everyone enjoyed our homemade brigadeiros. Those little treats quickly became one of the highlights of the Surprise Bags!

Because of all the wonderful feedback, we're excited to share that our handcrafted treats will soon be available for individual purchase on our website, so you won't have to wait for a Surprise Bag to enjoy them.
